Game freezed

Hello, the game froze in the middle of a game. How can I avoid losing my progress when I can't move any blocks?

I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing freezing issues while playing level 4175.

Could you please try the steps below as they can help fix some technical issues you may be experiencing with the game on your iOS device:

Force close all apps and restart your device, making sure to leave it switched off for at least 10 seconds
Update your device to the latest version of iOS and check for any updates for the game app
Make sure that you have enough storage on your device. We recommend having at least 2GB free - to check this see this link

If you ended up losing your win streak, please feel free to reach out to our player support team, as even though we don't have the tools to reinstate your win streak manually, the team can look into compensate you for that loss instead:

After I bought 50 coins I passed level 1228, however the game did not advance to 1229. I tried force close and then restarted my iPad but am still on level 1228.
