Friends in game Needed

I don't know how to go about adding more friends who gift lives. I have about 50 friends but only receive 2 lives one from each friend per day. I would like to add new friends thru the game and not by adding them as FB friend. How can I do this on Jelly? Thank you!

i also want to know how to delete a friend. I get only 2 items in my inbox in the actual Jelly game. One asks for a life all day even after I send one but never sends me one. The other player sends me 1 life a day. I have exactly 46 friends I send everyday multiple times in an hour but only receive 1 a day. I only play on my Ipad but I think I enrolled in CC on my phone. Getting 1 life a day from one friend for months shows me somethign is wrong. Last night I did find about 6 people were in my inbox to add them. But they were never added to my friends list. Why does CC Soda have a place to add & remove friends but Jelly doesn;t offer this? i have been playing for years and should have more lives sent to me. i basically can play for the few minutes I am gifted unlimited lives -I have jo idea where they come from. i really need someone with knowledge to help me
