I suggest you create a post in the game's Support section. The image is not this game Candy Crush Saga, so make sure you find the correct forum (Soda maybe?). Then create your own Support question there and hopefully one of the moderators will respond to assist you.

won a level didn’t register game froze had to shut game down and restarted put me back to the level I won . So tired of all these problems and get no response for weeks or never and it’s NEVER YOUR FAULT
