Screen stuck at jelly jackpot

Hi there,

Since yesterday, I'm not able to play. Every time I open the candy jelly app, it goes to the home screen and then it goes directly to the jelly jackpot screen but I'm not able to leave it and go back to the game, it's just stuck as you can see

I tried to re-install the app, reconnect to my fb account but the issue is still there, both on my tablet (android) and my phone (iphone). I also tried to empty the cash of the app. Please help 🥹

Force close apps and restart your device.
Check that you have the latest game and device updates
You need a strong connection wi fi is better and at least 2gig of free memory then clear the game cache as overloaded cache can create issues
Android: Settings > Apps > Candy Crush Soda > Storage > Clear Cache
iOS: Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data
