I switched to Apple after Android and my level restore on Jelly Crush failed even tho my Soda Crush restore was successful. I used the same process. I can't stand the thought of losing over 4000 levels and starting over. I have the congraulatory email to prove it. I have been playing 10 years to get that level. I started over, but just can't make myself do it. I have asked King support to restore me to 4000, but it is not possible to attach an image to a support request. So, here it is. I hope, just out of respect for such a long time player, they will do it. Because after playing a few levels from level 1, I just don't have the heart to start over.
