Hey Jelly players! 👋

We've seen your reports about Lives resetting to 0 and Lives not being received from friends, and we'd like to let you know that the Studio is currently investigating the issue.

In the meantime, please keep the reports coming. They're incredibly helpful in understanding how many players are affected.

If you're experiencing this problem, it would really help if you could share:

Ok so I am/was playing on Laptop on facebook…still no lives how do you expect us to carry on playing if this problem is never going to be fixed. It is terribly frustrating and annoying to think NO help is being received. Please can someone, anyone help to resolve this problem otherwise It really isn,t worth carrying on….Thank you

Ever since the reset from the Korea debacle, my friends have disappeared except when I get a notice to send them lives. They are not listed in my winning board, and I have received no lives from them. I am playing on FB and a screenshot will only show that I have no friends. Before this happened I was getting extra lives every day, now nothing. Pamela

I submitted a ticket through King to see about fixing the no lives issue. They said “I've taken a closer look into this, and I haven't detected any issue on our side that might have caused this in your game.” REALLY?!

Then they said you need to have social interaction with friends for them to respond with lives. What kind of interaction would that be? Requesting lives several times a day, everyday for a month? Yeah, I’ve done that. F&@king ridiculous! We should boycott all Candy Crush games until it’s fixed. Or at least until they stop blaming their customers for the issues. At the very least, I’m not spending a dime no matter how badly I tank on my levels of Jelly, Saga, Friends, or Soda. 🖕🏼you, King.

When can we expect to see a resolution please? This has been going on now for weeks. You must notice a dip in your playing figures so it will be affecting your income from people buying boosters and bars. Please provide some timeframe.

I doubt this comment would make it to the "accepted answers" but after working with support and them just cutting my inquiries off to tell me they "closed the case" without resolution I think I have to give up at this point. My lives still aren't getting sent to me and I'm not connected to any of the "friends" in my list so I have nowhere else to go. It's sad because this has literally been the only game I've kept to play and now it doesn't work (ever since their update).

Since the Korean/error on Facebook was fixed, I haven't received lives. Occasionlly when I open the game on a new day, I have zero lives. I'll play another Candy Crush game and then go to Candy Crush Jelly and the lives are there. Another issue I would like to mention, is the X in the top right hand corner of the game which makes the screen larger is no longer there.

I had over 30 saved lives and they disappeared after the last update that I did over this past weekend (September 27).

Hello, playing on laptop through FB, sending lives to friends but receiving none. It's been since the Korea comment was popping up. I had no access for a few days, and I got error coming up saying an embedded page says Invalid config object for .init0: ERROR["appJsWasm"] is undefined, it should be string and ERROR ["appWasm"] is undefined, it should be string. So disappointed to not be getting extra lives from friends. Also, not always getting daily bonus on passing a level, very random. I only play until my lives run out, then moving on to other games, sorry :-( Is there a time line of when we can look forward to enjoying full service again please?

Since the Korean reset, I have no friends listed in the scoring or in receiving lives. If I hit "ask for lives" they show up, but I do not get any. I am playing on Facebook. I use to send and receive lives every day.

It just wants me to send two lives constantly. Who knows if anyone is getting them. I know I’m not getting any lives at 26 days and counting…

oltre alla mancata ricezione delle vite dagli amici, non si riescono più a vedere gli annunci pubblicitari che ti consentono di avere delle mosse in più da usare appena finite quelle del livello a cui si sta giocando e inoltre non si riesce a vedere l’annuncio pubblicitario che ti regala la vita
