for months now, the Jelly Jackpot pops up then says No Internet Connection!! why is this happening when I am on line and DO have internet. Very Frustrating 😔

I'm sorry to hear you're having this issue with the Jelly Jackpot. Will you kindly try the steps below, and see if they fix the issue:

• Force close all apps and restart your device, making sure to leave it switched off for at least 10 seconds
• Update your device to the latest version of iOS and check for any updates for the game app
• Make sure that you have enough storage on your device. We recommend having at least 2GB free - to check this see this link

Now, to the connection part:

1. If possible, log out from your account in the game.
2. Once that's done:

• Sign out of your Apple ID. Here's how to do that:
  1. Go to Settings > [your name].
  2. Scroll down to the bottom.
  3. Tap Sign Out.
  4. Enter your Apple ID password and tap Turn Off.
  5. Turn on the data that you want to keep a copy of on your device.
  6. Tap Sign Out.
  7. Tap Sign Out again to confirm that you want to sign out of iCloud.

When that's done:

1. Restart your device.
2. Log back into your Apple ID.
3. Log back into your King Account in the game.
