All yes I didn't my level on Candy crush jelly has all the sudden reset to three I have logged over 500 plus hours in this game on the same user gaming profile. I have not changed my phone reset anything I installed a reinstall the game absolutely zero is different / changed. I then did the sign out sign in both on Facebook and on the King site, reset my phone, tried both with my regular Network and Wi-Fi… Made sure it's updated… now I uninstalled and reinstalled it because clearing the cache and data and trying didn't work…
