So, I could pass this level (I lost for it in one of the next, but that's not the issue).
I started this level with my double daily bonus (color bomb and fish) and all Allen balloons.
It's not enough to collect "only" 5 Moklings. You first have to collect a lot of Monklings to make a "slide" to collect more Monklings in the finish.
Despite my good starting position, it is definitely not possible to pass the level without a booster. On the one hand, because there are far too few trains, on the other hand far too few orange candies. For me there was an abundance of purple candies. In addition, liquorice snails are constantly coming, which make it even more difficult to collect sweets.
I had to use more collected wrapped lollipops to make the level. And it's not even marked as a heavy level. The previous and subsequent heavy or super-heavy levels were definitely lighter.
I took pictures of my screen and upload them right away. You can see my starting position here and please pay attention to my stock of boosters, especially the wrapped lollipops. I didn't count how many I used up at this level, but it was quite a lot.

@NamTruong2001 I know, that's why I opened a ticket (in the app about settings, support). Each level should be created without a booster. In any case, this is not possible, certainly not with 24 hours of free life.
However, I find the automatic response from support very funny. I should search on You Tube or ask for advice in the community.
In my question, I had explicitly stated that I had already done this and that I was answering questions even in the community. LOL. I hate automatic responses from robots.
