@Harrell Hi Again, We do not hold your booster back as this is the community and everything from the game is from the Game studio. As said multiple times now,, we can not help with missing rewards. You need to contact customer support regarding any missing rewards.
We also have asked nicely to put the same topic in your first post as all the relevant information is there for you.
So this will be classed as a duplicate post again and will probably be closed down again
