EVERY time I win a match to collect a booster, I get the message “ something went wrong “. I lose the life and no booster. It sucks because I used a good booster to win the match. What’s going on??

What is going on with level 235. Supposed to collect orange, but no orange, and as soon as you drop to next level, NOTHING!! Literally nothing, to allow you to continue playing.
