@katee1959 Hi and welcome, If you are using a browser make sure your windows is up to date and your browser. clearing the cache normally always solves this issue, sometimes you may need to refresh the page a couple of times. If this still does not work would suggest trying a different browser to see if you get better result

I too Cannot play it on Fb. I play on Edge and get same error notice
