I can’t complete this level. Note at the top it shows 0/0 monklings. It gives me unlimited attempts but once a linking crosses the licorice rope, the game shuts off

I suggest that you first cover all the basics in the Community Guide. How to clear the game application cache. Turn your device on and off again and if you have the latest version of the game, and see if the problem is fixed.

Thank you, Andres-2! I tried all of the suggestions and none have helped. I also searched to see if anyone else had this issue but didn’t find anything.

Are you playing on an apple device, android or desktop?
Are you playing through Facebook?
Is your account synced to Facebook or your King Account?
This would be helpful to know, in trying to help you please :0)

I am playing on an iPhone. My progress is saved through Apple. I’m honestly not sure if it is synced through Facebook, my FB profile pic shows up as my avatar but when I open Candy Crush through FB, I’m at a much lower level. Sorry, I’m kind of tech-clueless.
