Yes. I checked for updates, my wifi is strong. I have checked out everything I can think of! I have played RC on this device since the game started. It’s frustrating to have this issue. The only other possibility could be the latest apple update, that’s pushing it, idea wise.
If anyone has other suggestions I am all ears!

About 3 1/2 weeks ago I didn't have the arena on my phone at all, for the longest time. I did get the RC in my book though.
About a week or so ago I finally got it back but in between I had cleared the cache on the app and browser and cleaned the storage on my device. Nothing changed much though.
No idea why it came back on it's own. It does come and go apparently for some and you might even get a different feature instead that someone else hasn't got. Did you experience that?
Today I've had a short minute to check my games and now have the 3 pink buttons at the bottom of my screen too. I dislike pink very much LOL But I must say I do kinda like these :0) Maybe whilst working on these new features other things like what you mention, happen as a result when released into the game?
That's just off the top of my head though and just personal observation. I'm not a tech head but will enjoy looking around and researching this for you. If it's stumped lola and headops then give me a long minute to get back to you. We have lots of great talent in the community and many share that willingly too :0)

So, I've assured the tech team that you've the latest update (that's something we always have to ask first, sorry!) and you're connected, and they'd be glad to investigate on this. Can I have your player ID, please, @mdeus ? Just in case the tech team can find out more and give us a confirmation on what's causing this?

The only suggestion is be patient. This problem is for almost a years and thousands of complain. Be frustrated and keep your patience to be frustrated again.

are you playing with a registered account? If you are saving your progress in the game log out and log in again but just to let you know before you do so
you will loose all your boosters and any gold bars, the studio can return back your gold bars if you email them but they will not return your boosters!
if you are playing without registering if you will log out you will be back to level 1 and the arena will open on level 5 and you will start with 50 gold bars 😀
if you have another phone download the game log in and check if the arena will open

Yep... there is nothing wrong with the algorithms!! These were just the games at the chests. It literally took me 30 games to win 3 games in a row!!
And while we are at it.... can they please do away with the mastery points to rank up in RC. It’s pointless since it’s clearly not working correctly and a pain in the butt after every game. Congrats you leveled up but yeah not really. Here’s your fake ticket to the RC that you won but didn’t really win.
