My internet is strong. Every time I win, I get the error message that something went wrong! You don’t seem to have a problem taking my money when I buy boosters or more gold bars, yet when I win, something ALWAYS seems to go wrong! What the heck??!!

There was also an update recently for some.
Save your game and check your device storage and updates for the game and device.
Yes clearing the cache is helpful too and the browser.
Maintenance basics are always good to check every so often.
Once you've done this and looked in the Help Centre or around support for advice on topics you have, then screenshots and ID's are helpful, if the issue continues! Troubleshooting tips are there for you guys and are helpful for us to know if you've tried them already :0)

I just replied to someone else on how to do this, but, my comment disappeared, LOL! Oh well, but, @headoperations walked everyone through it above. You need to be in the game on your mobile {or whatever platform you're using} and click the gear or star looking button. Then, click the i at bottom & scroll down to Purchases & Gold bars. Click on that topic & again scroll to bottom. It will say "Still need help? Contact us." That will bring up a form already filled in with your email address. You need to describe problem in as much detail as possible and if problem involves money spent, they will require a SS of purchase. In your case, I would also provide a SS of your timer still counting down. I'd bet they'll refund you or give you 24hrs. more when up & running again. A similar thing happened to me with the 24hrs. Unlimited and they fixed it immediately. Also, some gold bars mysteriously disappeared from my account one day and they not only refunded them, they gave me a few more for the hassle. Hope that helps & hope you get your money/hours back $🤑$
I am having same issue. It's frustrating when I absolutely have internet. Contacted them and reported issue. No luck. Really passing me off. I even did their 3 step trouble shooting recommendation and none of 3 worked either.
Well, I finally figured out how to contact Support and I guess they are aware of this issue. Here is a screenshot with their answer. Hopefully they will work hard and fix this issue 🙏 🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀

Sorry to hear that, yeah, that really sucks!!! Apparently, a lot of us are having the same issue. I haven't been able to get in for the last 5-6 hours either. But, I'd also be very upset if I had just bought 24hrs. of play. Hope they work it out soon 🤬

Same here, been trying to get in to play for hours. Keep getting "oops, something went wrong!" I was ready to throw my phone across the room & freak out on my cable co., even though I can plainly see my internet connection is working just fine, LOL!!! I guess they're having some internal issues. Whew, glad to know I'm not the only one. I was so ticked that I couldn't play. Somehow, I feel better now, like I'm not missing out while everyone else gets to play 🤪

I've been having the same problem ALL morning! Couldn't sleep last night, so, was up very early. I've been trying to play the Royal Challenge for hours now. And, it keeps telling me "oops, there was a problem" since about 5am EST. 😤 So frustrating!!!

What’s up? The championship has been working great all week so last night I used 49 gold bars to play for 24 hours and now I can’t get on. I’m getting the “something went wrong” error.

I'm also having the same issues with the same results. I've restarted my device, cleared cache, even uninstalled and reinstalled the game, and I still keep getting the same issue.
Sorry to hear that. Anyone know how can I contact Support with this issue ? I tried to contact them but only got the answers from the Bot 😒, nothing about this game issue.

Hi, I'm Andrea G, a big fan of this game and now I am experiencing some game issues. I cannot join the Arena. I tried with Wifi connection, then data same issue. Got the latest version downloaded, I even cleared the cache from my Android phone and still cannot join the Arena. I am attaching some screenshot from the game. Hope someone csn help me please.
