Hello, I have this same problem on Facebook. I still have 2 messages, but when I click it, it's empty.

I cannot upload video directly on this website.

Same problem for Android. It says that I have 15 messages, I open and nothing appears.

Yes this issue was passed on for investigation and it is being looked into.

Thanks for the Player ID and @Andres-2 for the video. Which are both very helpful.

All the troubleshooting steps, Pic, video's and ID's go a long way in helping with the Tech, so they are appreciated and helpful.

Thank you all for your replies. I have cleared cache and history with no luck - I am using FB platform. So nice to see the help - Sorry that others are having the same issue. Sill not getting lives in mail
