Well, the new effect is very annoying! My suggestion is to be removed! It does not add "glamour" to the game! 😁🎃
Also, it is very annoying and must be removed, the "mastery rank" screen! It appears very often, for a "long time" (it is long according to the game's measures), and it has no usability! 😎

Hi @NamTruong2001, thanks for the tag, BTW! I have not seen this effect yet. And I was up playing on the main board pretty late last night. Cleared, at least, 20 levels, probably more as we opened 2 reward chests with my team. I wound up using lots of lollies to clear a level or two, so, I think I would have noticed. I think, ya never know??? LOL! I'm afraid to open Jelly today and see if arena is still closed to me 🙃 Gonna be upset, if it is 😉

I have a favor to ask of you. 😅. The Studio is still working on this special effect and would love to hear more of what you think and how you see it in your game. Can you please confirm if the effect has changed a bit from the first time you saw it? According to the Studio, it should not flicker anymore. Maybe you could even record a small video where we can see how it looks like on your device?

@Lola_Pop I can't upload video directly on this site because it is not allowed video type, but luckily, I have found some gif images to describe those effects more clearly.
With this new effect, each lollipop has its own background color when it's working. Example, when you choose Lollipop Hammer, it will smash a candy with a gradient pink background, then every piece is shot out. Striped Lollipop Hammer has purple background, Wrapped Lollipop Hammer has orange background. But Color Bomb Lollipop Hammer has its unique one: it will light up like a disco ball with a gradient rainbow background.
