    @Goodhurriedginger Hi and welcome,

    I have never seen this error in all my time here and at a guess would say your game may be corrupted and you may need to do an uninstall and reinstall, but if you do this you will LOSE any stored BOOSTERS and LIVES.

    Before doing this i would try customer support to see if they can help with this issue

    Did you do an uninstall ?. have you tried to contact support.?

    If this were a pc i would say it has a bad sector in the hard drive and is missing a file, but you tend not to see things like that on mobile devices. So my guess is customer support is your best course of action
