Good morning @Lola_Pop and @channie8 and other jellies... I have done all of the steps to attempt to fix the issue...actually I have done them all quite a few times except I only uninstalled and reinstalled once. Unfortunately nothing has fixed it. I am getting ready to "rank up" to 59 for like the 15th time. Usually I only have to rank up to a certain level 4 or 5 times but now it just seems like the problem will continue indefinitely lol! Thank you both for helping me out ๐ It won't stop me from playing RC though... im addicted ๐คฃ Praying you both a day full of unexpected blessings โค

Is there a fix for this? I've been having the same problem for the last few months...leveling up (to the same level) just about every time i win a match...every few times if i lose the match. I wouldn't mind it if it actually gave me the rewards it says i'm getting...but they are just a tease.
I've completely uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times, but it keeps happening. I just thought this was a universal bug. But it sounds like it only affects certain people. Besides uninstalling and reinstalling, i'm not quite sure what else i can try.

Hi. Any luck finding anything? It's starting to get really annoying and is slowing down my play. It's now every match...whether i win or lose, i level up to the same level every single time. Thanks for your help.
