Do you think it's the same glitch? It's a very old thread and it looked like the issue was fixed a long time ago...Maybe @Nikolaos_Prodromidis , @NamTruong2001 , @Lady_Sarina can give you some tricks to pass the level?
If it is a glitch, can you please send us some screenshots so we can pass it over to the game team? Also, which device are you playing on, please?

Here is the preview of level 2308.
The monking's way is blocked by fishing nets. You must use fish to break them. Look closely, the exit starts at the column 4, under fishing net.
You just need 1 orange candy to make monklings. However, remove all fishing net as soon as possible so that you will have time for the last section.
In case the camera doesn't move to the first section, maybe the monkling still does not reach the string yet, or you have run out of moves.
Anyway, please take screenshot or record video so that I or someone could diagnose or provide the best answer to you.
