I don't have multiple devices, but I do have multiple accounts. This is only happening with one account. That account has stayed closed while the other one has opened with two day challenges every day but Monday just like normal.

I hsve 6 instances of the game across various devices, only one has access at the moment. This problem seems to be getting worse, whatever it is

Yeah, if you read older comments you will see that someone got an email about the arena being closed and another player claimed it is a feature that only some players have access too!
I am pretty sure I had access when my account was attached to it but definitely have access at the moment to it without my account attached to my app.

This is the real answer, @j387 . It has happened before, that's correct, and it does because these features need some time and some investigations to get better and better.
As the emails say, and as the Jelly team assured us yesterday again, the Royal Championship will reopen soon, so if you could compete before, you'll compete again, most likely. 😊

I understand that things happen and will also wait patiently. However, I think it would help people immensely if there was just some sort of timetable given. It doesn’t even have to be specific, just something general like weeks vs. months. If nothing else, it might keep so many people from asking over and over again. Just a thought…thanks!
