Daily Bonus Problem?

For the past few weeks I have not gotten my daily bonus. It says here's your daily bonus but when I go into the game there is no bonus no matter what day I am on. This has been happening for weeks.

My ID is 1195832488, device is a PC with Windows 10 using Firefox. Just checked it out this morning and no bonus. It says it but doesn't give it in game. Thank you for looking into this. :)

Still NO daily bonus. Today was day 7 I would have had a coloring candy. What's going on?
