how do I send a question to support?

On Level 2321 I used several boosters and had an excellent opportunity to use 9 gold bars to finish the game. The opportunity to use the bars did not present itself. This has happened before. So I basically wasted those precious boosters. How do I send this message to King Community? The popup I get is absolutely useless as it won't let me send them a message privately.

It's ok for now the form just came up and I got my issue sent. I hope the popup does not become to only way to contact King as it does not work for me.

You can contact to support by going to the bottom of any page in the forum and selecting! Contact us!

Then you see this page (I suppose this is the popup that you say)

You select "send us a message" and you are o.k.!

The game is not giving out “streaks” any longer. For example, in CC Jelly the first streak is a candy bomb on the next level when you pass the previous level. But my game is not doing that any longer. ???? Help!

On the Main Map you'll receive rewards when you pass Treasure Chests and the Star Chase.

RC will reward streaks.
