Candy Crush Soda & Jelly saga crashes at launch on ipad mini 1

Hello to all, I have a big problem, because I can't play no more on my Ipad mini 1 with these 2 games, that I loved so much. They crash after clicking the "play" button.
There something I can do for play these games? i also reset the ipad from scratch and only reinstalled these 2 games but they don't work.
I have Ios 9.3.5 thank you.

2GB minimum is the recommended storage requirements.
Check here for game crash info & it does have an Apple Article link also. Access the In Game Help Centre to receive assistance from your game info. Also check here to see if your Apple Device is compatible.

I have a Ipad mini 1 16gb with OS 9.3.5.
Free space 11,3gb.
I saw the apple articles and yours about game requirement, so seems that I can play the game.
I can reach the menu and the game path, but when I click on play level it crashes!
I can play with the first Candy Crush saga, but not with Jelly or Soda.
There something I can do?

Hi @fedemariani74 you mentioned both Jelly and Soda issues. Would you please provide the Player ID for both Games/ accounts and let us know which ID is for which game please.
