Candy crush jelly

I am unable to ask for help from friends when I click on ask friends nothing happens I even reinstalled the game which then changed my wait time from 20 hours back to 3 days I have plenty of friends and get their help on other games but not this one

If you delete the game then of course this will reset the timer!
