hopelessly stuck on level 105 in jelly saga

Hoping for some help on level 105 in jelly saga. In researching the level it seems it has changed a couple times. From a spread the jam level, to cupcake carl with 20 moves, to the cupcake carl i have with 18 moves. I play all 3 candy crush games and rarely get a level that seems impossible, and when they do i usually get an update with an easier level. I could understand if cupcake carl often got the puffers first with good moves but even he never gets them all, and even seems to make bad strategic choices that doesnt help either one of us. So does anyone else have issues with this version of the level? I really dont want to end up calling it quits on the game.

I recently went back to update Candy Crush Jelly level 105 and had a heck of a time beating it too. I find it a lot harder to work against cupcake Carl as compared to the queen. Sometimes it seems that are obvious moves he should make on a board like this to clear blockers but he does something else. What I tried to do was isolate where on puffler was and work on that, the ones who hide on the top are easier to get to. It takes a little luck as well but in the end you will get it.
