Stuck on level 251

I'm on level 251 where you have 16 moves to spread the jelly. No matter how I try I can't get past this. I searched online and found video posts completing this level. In every video they used striped jelly to blast the lower corners exposing the jelly. When I do this on my game the squares are blank with no jelly under them. I'm playing the games on a Windows phone.

Thanks for pointing out the change. The strategy is to make fish to attack the fish nets so you can spread the jelly. I made a new video too, hope it helps

There is no jelly under the bottom corner tiles. After you have removed the blockers you need the fish to spready the jelly there for you. Have a watch of this video and you will see how the level works:

Purple squares in place of rivals in the jelly race
