My add friends & get help from friends doesn't work for me on FB. Can I get help with that please?

I have to play Candy Crush Jelly Saga alone on FB, because when I clock the add friends & get help from friends on the game, it doesn't load. Is anyone else having this problem on FB?

I did and then I switched browsers (to microsoft edge) and the game brought up my levels and everything on Facebook. Try it!
