Whenever I lose a level I am stuck at, all my lives are gone and timer resets

I have been stuck at a level (level 43) of Jelly Saga on facebook for sometime, and whenever I play it and fail to complete it, all my lives are lost and the timer resets. Solutions?

Hey Soaham,
Lives on Facebook last as long as your Facebook session lasts. If you refresh your session, your received lives will be gone.
On mobile, these are temporarily saved.
A life is automatically being refilled every 30 minutes here too.

I am not refreshing my Facebook. I simply cannot complete the task set. And it is happening in other levels too now that I have completed level 43. For example, when I start a level, if my lives are 3 and the time to next life is, say, 12 minutes, after I fail the level once, when I click Retry, I see my lives are reduced to 0 and the timer is set to 30:00.
