Every time I try to connect when playing I get the message "failed to connect to Facebook". My Jelly Saga app is updated.
Hi there- Welcome to King Care. Let's try and get you back on your sweet track :-) Please try the following steps, in order to solve your issue and reconnect the game:
Please make sure that the game hasn’t been blocked on Facebook.
Go to Facebook >> enter “Candy Crush Jelly Saga” in the search field and confirm OK to unblock the app.

If this does not help or if you do not have the option to log out of Facebook through the game menu, please follow these steps:
-Remove Facebook App from Kindle Fire.
- Go to Settings, Applications, filter to show Running Applications, then force close Candy Crush
- Go to Settings, Clear Cache and Cookies
- Restart device.
- Re-install Facebook App and try again.

This was not helpful. I do not have the Facebook app on my Kindle. I don't typically use Facebook on this device and if I do I use my web browser. When I type Candy Crush Jelly Saga in search I do not get the screen in your screen shot. And since there is no Facebook app installed there is no uninstalling it. Any other suggestions? I did go into settings, did the force stop and clear cache on the app and restarted my device, too.Hi there- Welcome to King Care. Well, you said to let you know if the solution you digeste suggested worked. It did not, I told you so and now no reply to that. No wonder so many of the people I know have stopped playing your games.
I am really sorry that the problem persists, thanks for letting us know.
You can also try to send your progress from Facebook to your device. Simply click “Play on Phone” in the left corner when you have the game open on Facebook (desktop version)
Another option is to open install the Facebook application on your device, then open Facebook, click on the “More” button (normally bottom right corner), scroll down and click on the game you are trying to sync. It should then open the game and automatically sync to Facebook.
