I am sorry that you have this issue and I know it is annoying!
You gave us a player ID, but it was not possible to find something! Maybe it was no correct? Maybe a typo?
Please try once more to give us your player ID, so that we be sure that is correct!

Sorry, I didn't see this message. Having the same problem again. Here is my number 5199023024. The Facebook app on my browser has me stuck on level 5645 and it won't update even when I when the level. I'm currently on level 5663 on all other platforms.
