CC Jelly on Windows mobile (10) restarts all over again when the screen of the phone locks of when you switch to another App.
Issue solved: Don't store the game on the sd card
This can happen with any app on any phone, its just the memory of the device. If I'm using instagram and then I switch to google chrome and back, instagram will completely reload sometimes. It's the device memory and not the actual apps.
I'm not sure if there is a setting to change it, you will have to check your device
