Candy Crush Jelly Lost Progress

I lost all of my candy crush jelly progress after the app crashed and I reset my phone. I've been at it for almost a year. I couldn't possobly start over, but I never logged in with facebook or gave my email address. Am I out of luck? I'm addicted obviously or I wouldn't have gone through the trouble of asking.
