During connection to Facebook you send me back to Level 1

While playing Level 270 i decided to connect to facebook. But during the connection you send me back to Level 1.

I am so frustrated. I dont want to play the all the levels again. Please support me to come back to Level 270 in the easiest way.

As long as you actively connected your game to either Facebook or Kingdom, your progress will be saved and synced to it. If you did, when you reconnect to that account in the game again, the progress from the point where it was last synced will come up. Was that the first time you connected to FB in the game?

yes it was the first time- and thats the result...the sync is not coming up after so many days
