It always freezes when I play.

Question

I got very frustrated that somehow it started a while ago that every time I play the game (now I am on level 108), it always freeze at some point.  A few times it happened when I just completed the level and it didn't advance to the next level when I restarted my mobile.  I had to spend much more time to complete that level again.  I never had the same problem with other Candy Crush games, only Candy Crush Jelly.  It it continues, I will not play this game again.

What kind of mobile phone do you have?

I've seen threads where older Android and iOS are no longer compatible with the game: https://care.king.com/en/candy-crush-saga/why-is-ipad-2-not-supported-anymore-for-candy-crush-crash

In most cases a reboot of the device can solve many issues.

Please also make sure you have the latest version of the game installed.

You might also have to try to re-install the game. Before doing so please make sure you have the game connected to Facebook or Kingdom in order to save your progress, highscores and gold bars.
