Progress lost when I signed in to the kingdom

I had to do a factory reset of my phone. Both regular Candy Crush and Soda remembered my progress when I signed in to the 'kingdom' but Jelly didn't, so now I am back to the start.

I don't know if I simply forgot to sign in on Jelly so it never synced my progress, or whether this is an error.

It is my favourite one to play and I was above 100 levels, can you help me? It would suck to start over...
