In app purchases are not connection to play store on pc

When I choose to play on and select the extra move package I want the disc just spins and spins without going anywhere.

I would check your payment details are correct first, then maybe try to make a payment in another browser to see if this is the issue. Maybe even check your internet connect, restart your browser and narrow down the cause of the issue.

All my other games are connected to Playstore. I have tried everything. At first I didnt even get to the shop to select the package but now I get that far before I get the wheel of death. Its very annoying. It works fine on my phone and my payment details are correct.
