Jelly Crush Lives Not Refilling

My lives were not automatically refilling after the necessary waiting period. I just PAID FOR gold bars. then BOUGHT lives, and the Life Counter is STILL AT ZERO. This happened TWICE. Either replenish my lives, of refund my purchase. You can't have it both ways.
