How do I get my Candy Crush Jelly game to log in to Facebook after changing my password?

I cannot get my Candy Crush Jelly game to log in to Facebook after I changed my Facebook password. It skips right over that step. Can you please fix it?

Did you change the password in the mobile version of Facebook as well?
You can also log out of Facebook to start the process again. In the app setting (bottom left) you will see a button in the menu to log out. Try this

I am logged out of FB on the game and I don't use FB mobile on the tablet - just go to FB through Chrome. When I hit the f Connect button it skips right through the part where you can log in and says it is disconnected from FB. It won't let me enter my email and FB password.
