4 times this week my progress has disappeared and brings me back to level 1. I am on level 295. I keep asking for help and it still does it
I did connect to Facebook and it still didn't sync my game. I am going to quit all King games if it doesn't get fixed
As long as you actively connected your game to either Facebook or Kingdom, your progress will be saved and synced to it. If you did, when you reconnect to that account in the game again, the progress from the point where it was last synced will come up. Is that not happening for you?
What is going on with level 235. Supposed to collect orange, but no orange, and as soon as you drop to next level, NOTHING!! Literally nothing, to allow you to continue playing.
