I'm playing Candy Crush Jelly Saga through Facebook. I can't find how to send lives to friends or how to ask friends for help. How can I do this?

To ask for lives in the game simply click on your life counter (the heart in the top left) and here you will see the button to ask.
When your friends need a life they will do the same as these will appear in your message box in the top right hand corner.
