why does the game keep saying I hit the quit button?

I have been playing Level 11 for several days and I cleared all the queens jelly twice and each time it said I hit the quit button which I did not. What is the point of playing if I cant progress. Ready to uninstall the game and call it a day. No fun playing when I can't get any further. All it does is use up all my lives.

This has been happening for months, apparently. There is no fix, either by update, restarting, reinstalling, nothing. I've emailed technical services and commented on this for a while, and the higher ups just don't seem to care. They keep saying "it's a mouse issue" or something ridiculous like that - I've told them time and again that it happens on the mobile app game too. It just happened again today for me, and I didn't touch a thing.
