I've reached level 40 and as known, can't continue without help. So I bought some gold to open the last request needed. Every time I try to buy the slot, it tells me the transaction failed and the store is unavailable. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game. Help please.

Can you please check your network connection and also that the game is not blocked by your firewall.

That was the first things I checked. Thing is it let me buy gold and items, but won't let me use the gold now. If it helps I play it on my laptop through face book and do not use the game room.
