Why am I not getting my winning tickets for royal championship?

First and very important: the player's ticket "inventory" can hold max 5 tickets, not more! It is initially designed so! It is as the inventory in role playing games where the player can hold a certain number of each item! (an inventory is where items you obtain in a game are stored).

Now, which are the cases when you "loose" a ticket by this rule (I mean you do not get an already won ticket) : this can be only in two cases:

• When you have 4 tickets and you win a chest containing 2 tickets! The result is that you do not have 4 + 2 = 6 but 4 + 1 = 5.
• When you have 5 tickets and you win a ticket by ranking up in mastery rank. You cannot get this extra ticket because you already have 5 and it your "inventory" is full!

Lets explain a little what is going on with this mastery rank! There were always questions about!

Every time you start your game and from time to time during the game, the mastery rank popup screen appears!

This does not mean that you won a prize or a ticket! It popups only to inform you about your current rank, your in group skill (fisher etc), your frame and of course about prizes! But when you get these prizes?

You have to visit your profile page to understand better:

Start the game and on the following screen select "My profile", down in the middle:

Here is the profile page! The mastery rank points are in the middle, I have marked them! When this bar fills up, then you get the extra ticket! This is my profile page and I have 40700/ 87810. Reaching 87810/ 87810 I am going to get the extra ticket!

How can you get points, to fillup your mastery rank bar?

You tap the i button on the right side of the bar, as you can seeon the next screen:

Two years ago I was thinking that nobody gets a ticket from mastery rank! After discussions here in the forum I started take care of this and I understood that I really got the ticket! There is not any warning or popup screen, you just see one ticket more while you play!

You have 3 tickets, you exchange one starting a match and when you finish, you realize that you still have 3 tickets! This is because you earned one ticket from mastery rank!

However, it is statistically more possible to win a ticket at the time you have your "inventory" full with 5 tickets (while you are at work, you are sleeping, travelling etc, generally when you cannot play empting space for new tickets). In this case your new ticket cannot be added, is lost!

Today the 2nd event of this week finished a couple of hours ago!

The new event does not start directly when the counting is over! There is a delay that varies from some minutes to several hours! I do not know the reason and it does not affect all players the same way!

My opinion is that sooner or later R.C. will be available for you! 🙂
