Lost all friends, lost all ads, and no picture for my name. It just keeps trying to load/search?

Hi everybody! It is my personal opinion and it is unofficial: connecting with facebook is more safe!

I use connection with facebook almost for everything when I use a mobile device!

(Working on a p.c. it is different! I use email/password for all sites)

I have a King account that is synchronized with the fb account, but I use the fb as my "primary" connection method.

As I said, it is an unofficial and personal opinion.

Doing this you know that you loose all boosters collected on this device. You do not loose Gold Bars.

You shouldn’t have to just from one of those but if you don’t clear clache after deleting app when you download it again it won’t work

Hello @Princess_Jessica Do I have to do this process with all my devices? I did delete both games from my main ipad but not to my other ipad or iphone. for the fear of losing everything. and it didn't work. but again I only deleted it from main ipad.

Hello @cowboyup8272 I actually just had this same problem a while back I actually had to delete the app clear all data and cache disconnect my data or wifi turn off my phone wait for about 5 minutes then I turned my phone back on turned my wifi or data back on then open my google play store download the apps again then open the game if your logging in with email hit log in with email do not hit at top create account go to the bottom of the log in page hit log in with email or if your logging in with facebook hit that it should clear your problem it's weird I just had this same problem I promise it will be fixed mine was within about 10 Minutes let me know if this still does not help I will resolve your problem thank you for being with us in jelly 😊 thank you @Pitty_Kitty for tagging

It was supposed to say. The apps logged me off (the apps) and when I tried to log back on, I got the network error message. And with the jelly game I have no buster capability. The wheel is gone as are all booster things. But when I go on my web browser to go on the king web page, I was able to log into my king account through there.
