Why are there no bonuses when playing on the Windows 10 app??

There are several bonuses that show up when I play on my Ipad. When I play on my computer using the Windows `0 app, there are none. Plus, after playing for several months, I have had NO opportunity to give a life.  Thanks.

    You can give lives by opening the play together tab on the upper right screen in the game. I too am frustrated with not going past 6 days bonus and RARELY receiving a life after sending to Jelly friends. I'm about to uninstall it cause they're not fixing it. Ugh
