My screen come up purple with no game nos or levels. I can not get into current game

I have tried to take a screen shot to show how my screen come up purple with now level nos apparent and no way to enter into current level game. Unfortunately I haven't succeeded.

Yes, I have the same problem. I have in fact recorded a video and sent it to King. If you use your mouse to scroll on the screen continually you will be able to see the route to other level. If you want to see the video, this is the URL: https://youtu.be/o2WPHKepsAM

Please do this inside the PINK(or PURPLE) AREA with the mouse click not outside.

Just keep using the mouse to scroll (up or down). Click left button and move up/down. Repeat this until you can see something like I have posted in teh video. At the beginning it may not see anything, but it is moving. Just continues until you see something.

Yamahat how does scrolling get you into your current game when you can't see the level nos? I watched the video but didn't understand what I'm meant to do. Can you help?
