timer stuck on level 60 for two months now, need to unlock it

cannot get past level 60, the timer has been saying, will unlock in three days, but it has shown that for 2 months now, please fix this issue

still will not open

using gameroom, still stuck on 3 days till it opens, I have also uninstalled and reinstalled it, still no luck
