Did NOT receive my purcases

I have not recived ny purcases in both BubbleWitch3 and Candy Crush Jelly saga for the last 3 months. I did not Think the purcases was valid, because the there was an error. But now I see that I have paid for a lot of purcases?

Hi All I have a question that I'm hoping someone can answer. On the win 10 app I earn boosters but when I play the facebook version on a browser I get no boosters whatsoever no matter what. Can I fix this? TIA
