If you replay this level and the problem remains, can you upload a screenshot of the level showing the candy that is not going away?
The fish hit the candy 5 times and it didnt disappear. Thats why I said the game is cheating

You have to know that fish go wherever they want, especially when you just have a last candy to clear!
I suggest you to keep boosters, (hammers etc) to use them for this situations! This way I passed this level!
